The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.

Established in 1990, The Elite 20 is believed to be the first interbrokerage networking real estate group in the nation.
Members are affiliated with six major brokerages and have demonstrated synergy, energy and a willingness to help fellow agents.
Conventional wisdom is that 80% of sales are made by 5% of agents. Sales volume within The Elite 20 gives credence to this belief.
Another The Elite 20 resource is a private telephone network. A call made by any The Elite 20 member is promptly forwarded to the entire membership. Whatever the issue, invariably several members respond with advice or assistance.
